Keep in mind, the example shot list is just that, an example and is subject to change based on what is available to me or what all is included in the home. Please refer to the "Real Estate" tab by hovering over "Full Gallery" to see examples. This package comes with an hour of shooting time, 35 FREE Edits and a 16-45 Second Reel for social media. (Additional Images Are $10 Extra A Piece) BYOP - Props are a great way to enhance your shoot. I recommend adding props to your shoot to make them more fun/creative. Props include board games for the living room, dishes and decor for the kitchen and other things that correlate with your theme. If you need help purchasing or deciding on props, shoot me a message and let's chat! Following the end of the shoot, I will be sending you a link to your UNEDITED images. Again, these are unedited so please do not screenshot or post these raw image files. From there you have the option to favorite your top 35 images for me to edit. Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits will be credited toward the full amount. Photos can take up to 14 days to finish. If you want them before 14 days, you may pay a rush fee that guarantees them in 3 days. Rush fee is $175 extra. Images will be used for marketing purposes.
